All plots lie within a 5-kilometer radius of the winery, allowing for continuous monitoring and strict quality control—ensuring that every bottle reflects the excellence of our terroir.
Vinification
The process begins with a pre-fermentation cold maceration of the grapes, followed by alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation takes place in a combination of French and American oak barrels, where the wine is aged for 18 months. After bottling, it rests for an additional 18 months before release, ensuring depth, balance, and longevity.
Aging
